When I designed  I wanted to create a chair with the distinct qualities of traditional, Scandinavian furniture. The style is straight and simple, without ornamentation, and the chair is comfortable with its high, curved back and padded seat. In that way, it really encourages people to spend a long time socializing around the dinner table. Hopefully, in its own quiet way, it can make life a little nicer - and more pleasant

For increased stability, re-tighten the screws about two weeks after assembly.
May be completed with FIXA self-adhesive floor protectors to protect the underlying surface against wear.
This chair has been tested for home use and meets the requirements for durability and safety, set forth in the following standards: EN 12520 and EN 1022.

Frame
Wipe clean using a damp cloth and a mild cleaner.
Wipe clean with a dry cloth.

Non-removable cover
Clean with upholstery shampoo.
Do not tumble dry.
Do not iron.
Do not dry clean.
Light stains can be removed with a damp sponge or a mild soapy solution.

We have clear requirements for all the wood we use, including a ban on illegally harvested wood. By 2020, we want all our wood to come from more sustainable sources, defined as certified or recycled.
